One particular beverage that owners, Kyle and Megan Casey, want done right is our Bloody Mary. As they grew their business, they kept their eyes, and taste buds, open for what worked well with hopes to find a perfect mix.

The pair went through roughly 25 different mixes without finding the right one. Everything was either too thick, too thin, or simply didn’t have the right flavor. While they were on a snowmobiling trip with family and friends in northern Minnesota, they came across Rusty Anchor’s bloody mary mix and decided to try something new. The mix was a hit among the whole group, even non-bloody mary drinkers.

Kyle and Megan immediately began looking into Rusty Anchor’s story, and it didn’t take long to know it was the right fit. The mix is a generational recipe, made famous when it was so highly sought after at the Rusty Anchor Tavern in Wheaton, MN. The original recipe was acquired by Rusty Anchor’s new owners, who are also young entrepreneurs, making it a perfect match.

Josh and his father-in-law Tom have worked hard to grow the brand and expand into other markets. Using the same fresh, high quality ingredients, Rusty Anchor and Paws & Pints have collaborated to bring you a special mix featuring fresh serrano peppers. There are no preservatives, less sodium and is gluten free, ENJOY!
