Information & Helpful Tips for Your First Visit

Tips for your first checkin:

• Contact your veterinarian and have them email you a copy of your dog’s vaccination records.
• Start an account with us and provide the necessary information.
• You are required to upload proof of your dog’s Bordetella, Parvo, Distemper and Rabies vaccination records to your account. Please bring a hardcopy if you don’t own a smartphone so our staff can tie them to your account. We do not accept self-administered vaccinations.
• Please review our facility rules and Children’s Policy. You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times.
• When you arrive, come to check-in so we can meet you and your dog(s). We require a signed waiver to enter the dog park areas (photo ID required).
• Each dog’s temperament will be checked upon their first visit to help ensure dog park safety.
• Upon subsequent visits, you will be able to experience a speedier check-in process.
