Drop off is from 1-6 and pickup from 7-11. If you need to drop off before or after our available times there is a $15 after hours fee. This is only applicable if discussed in advance. The earliest drop off/pick up time is 6am and the latest is 7pm. If you need to drop off earlier or later than these times, you will need to pay for an additional night of lodging.
Cancelation or no-show policy: We will keep the deposit from the appointment, which is the price of the first night of the lodging stay. Appointments need to be canceled 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of what the total bill would have been.
