No, a membership is never required.  We offer a day pass that can be purchased for a one-day entry to Paws & Pints.  If you are traveling to Des Moines over a weekend or think you would enjoy the facility multiple times over a three-day timespan, we offer a three-day pass at a discounted rate.

Our vision is to combine the community and culture that dog ownership creates with the everyday needs that come along with owning a furry best friend.  Our membership gives you unlimited access to our state-of-the-art dog parks as well as offering discounts at multiple places in our  facility. 

Membership also creates accountability and a community of responsible dog owners.  Every dog that comes through our dog park door has been screened for proper vaccinations and socialization to help ensure a safe environment that’s also a lot of fun!

We believe our membership has some of the best built-in value you’ll find.  As a member, you and your dog will have unlimited access to our dog parks as well as our full bar, coffeehouse, and restaurant.  In addition, you will receive discounts at the Bonetique (our retail store), grooming, doggy hotel, and daycare center.  Your membership discounts also extend to our on-site dog trainer.  

It doesn’t stop there either…  Additional perks include:

• By-Pass check-in and go straight to the dog park(s)

• Exclusive merchandise (for both you and your dog)

Memberships can be purchased three different ways.

When you arrive in person you will be asked to fill out information about you, your dog, vet information, and proof of vaccination records, so please make sure to have all those details ready to go and allow extra time.  We recommend having a copy of your dog’s vet records in your email or saved to your phone, so you always have them readily available!  

All sales are final. Your monthly membership may be cancelled at any time however you may not receive a refund after we have charged you for a month’s membership.  We require a 10-day notice that you would like to cancel so we can stop your autopay in time for the next month.  You are allowed to use the facility until the last day of your membership cycle. We only allow three (3) dogs per human at one time. We have received this question many times already, so if you are in the canine industry, we have a special membership designed just for you. With this membership, you can bring ANY three (3) dogs per visit that you’d like and it’s transferrable throughout the year to any dogs under your supervision. We will still require that you bring proof that each dog has been properly vaccinated and each dog will be screened for socialization.  Please speak with one of our check-in staff or managers for more information!

Both packages include either twelve (12) baths or grooming sessions per year.  It is your responsibility to get them scheduled accordingly.  No refunds will be given to unused baths or groomings.  We will not allow for multiple to be scheduled within the same calendar week (7 days) for the health and safety of the dog.  Exceptions can be made, only in certain circumstances.  

Your 2 days of daycare stay are allowed to be rolled over to the following month(s) and used consecutively.  They do NOT roll over to the following year, after twelve (12) months any unused days will expire.  We highly suggest you plan your dog’s daycare stay accordingly, please book as far in advance as humanly possible to ensure a room when you’re away!
